| ... The good news is: We might have a new hire in Account Management Team! Hopefully she can share the workloads from Nancy, Tracy and Nat Nat.
The funny part of the new hire is that: Her name is Tracy! Yes! That is Tracy again! Therefore, we will have TWO Tracy and TWO Natalie within a team. So when people call in and look for Tracy or Natalie. They have to clarify with their surname too.

| Recently, Disneyland introduces a special offer to hoteliers. Being a hotel assoicate, I can not only stay in Disney or Hollywood Hotels with half price off from rack rate, but also enjoy a complimentary ticket to Disneyland theme park. I am going to Disneyland and stay at Disney Hotel on 23rd Sept. Hopefully I will have a wonderful and magical day in the park as they always say. Keke.. Looking forward to that!
